1 The Petronas Twin Towers are located in Kuala – Lumpur. Their height reaches 452 meters.  These towers were built for 6 years (from 1992 to 1996). Each tower has 88 floors, on the 48th floor there is a suspension bridge between them, and a big shopping center is located on the lower floors. There are fountains in front of the towers, and in back of the buildings there is a small park with an artificial lake, a waterfall and a children’s pool.

2 Palace of Sultan Abdul Samad (Kuala Lumpur) – was designed by architect Norman in 1894-1897. Today, the Supreme Court of Malaysia is located in one wing of this palace, and the Folk Art Center is located in the other one. Its unusual beautiful view combines Victorian and Moorish architectural styles.

Bats are often found in the caves. Each of the caves is unique – these are underground reservoirs, bizarre limestone figures formed by nature itself.

6 Resort Langkovi (Strait of Malacca) – this piece of paradise consists of 99 islands. Recommended for those who want to take a break from the worldly bustle and see uncommon beautiful nature. This resort is located on the coast of the Malacca Strait. The island has the cleanest air, there is no public transport, there are only taxis, you can rent bicycles and scooters. The beaches are white and the sand is curative. Sand contains a large amount of minerals and magnesium, it helps in the fight against osteochondrosis, rheumatism and in the treatment of bronchitis.  It is hot and sunny here all year round.

7 Perhentian Islands (Gulf of Thailand) – consists of 6 islands and is equipped with campsites, tents, boarding houses and low-priced lunch rooms. This is the perfect place for budget travellers. There is a modest service sector, but extraordinary charm of the surrounding nature, with very glorious beaches and astonishing relaxing atmosphere.

8 Bukit Bintang is the shopping and entertainment district of the capital Kuala -Lumpur. A very lively area, where there is everything for entertainment, walking, shopping, nightclubs, colorful markets and souvenir shops. There is also an indoor amusement park where you can ride Asia’s largest roller coaster. The choice of hotels is very wide and has convenient transport accessibility.

9 The National Museum of Malaysia is a repository of cultural, historical and scientific exhibits.  The building was built in a traditional Malaysian style. Inside there are collections of items of folk crafts, culture and art. You can also see archaeological finds there.

10 Mosque Negara is a colorful mosque – the Masjid is the spiritual center of Kuala- Lumpur. This mosque is a symbol of independence from the Great Britain. Today numerous Muslims visit this place. Entrance for persons of other religions is not prohibited, but limited in time, that is, the path for tourists is opened at certain hours. Prayers are painted on the walls of the mosque inside, and the prayer hall is designed for 8,000 people.
